How is the threshold calculated?

The reference tax threshold is 34 days per calendar year. Every day worked outside Luxembourg counts, including part-time work and days with reduced hours. The app may display a more conservative personal alert target based on your profile; that safety indicator does not change the official rule. If the threshold is exceeded, salary attributable to work performed outside Luxembourg becomes taxable in the country of residence — days worked in Luxembourg do not all become taxable in Belgium. How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Telework Tracker → Cancel. Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid. Billing is handled entirely by Apple.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Profile → Delete account (confirmation required). This removes your server data; local data is removed with the app. If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.

Does the app track my location continuously?

No. Geofencing (a Pro feature) only reacts to entering and leaving the office zones you defined, and processing happens on device. No continuous GPS trail is ever stored.

Are the app's numbers legally binding for taxes?

The app is a record-keeping tool, not tax advice. The PDF report is designed to be reviewed and signed by your employer; if in doubt about your situation, consult a tax adviser.
