## Someone asked: is this tax advice?

**Answer.** No. Telework Tracker is a record-keeping tool. Thresholds, rules and tax consequences depend on your situation. Verify with your employer or a tax adviser. You remain responsible for compliance.

## The service

iOS app that records telework days and compares them to the configured tax threshold (Belgium, 34 days, prorated where applicable). Free: log, calendar, alerts. Pro: office-presence detection, presence/log reconciliation, custom thresholds, history, PDF report.

## Pro subscription

- **Annual** subscription via the App Store. The **price is whatever the App Store shows** at checkout (tax by country).
- Auto-renews through Apple. Cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; access until the end of the paid period.
- Payment and refunds follow Apple / App Store rules.

## Your obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of recorded days. Do not use the app unlawfully or to mislead an employer or authority.

## Liability

Provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, no liability for indirect damages (including tax consequences of a missing record or a missed alert). Mandatory consumer warranties remain.

## Governing law

Law of your habitual EU residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
