## Someone asked: what does the app process?

- **Telework log** — date, type, duration, optional note. Legal basis: contract.
- **Location (Pro)** — office geofencing **on device**. Presence sessions (arrival/departure + office name you chose). **Never a continuous GPS trail.** Not sold, not used for ads.
- **Account (optional)** — email or Sign in with Apple to sync. Guest mode stays local.
- **Subscription** — Apple takes payment; RevenueCat manages entitlements via a pseudonymous app identifier. We never see payment details.

## Where does data live?

Synced data on **Supabase** in the EU (AWS eu-west-1). No ad SDKs, trackers, behavioural analytics, or data sale.

## This website

Launch waitlist: closed. Addresses already signed up (email + language) are only used to announce the app's availability, then deleted; deletion on request at any time. No tracking cookies.

## Processors

Apple (distribution, payments), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Supabase (EU hosting).

## Retention and rights

Account kept while it exists. Delete: Profile → Delete account, or email. Local data: with the app or "Delete all data". Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection. Complaint: Belgian Data Protection Authority.
